Aging
is characterized by gradual attrition, systematic and
ultimately the loss of the physiological potential of
the individual who is endowed from birth. Brings a displayed

physiological potential that characterizes us.
Physical
Education, either through the practice of sports, classes
designed for gymnastics, sports areas or simply exercise at
home, is an effective alternative to stay in an optimal state
of health.

program of Physical Education and Recreation systematically.
Hence the encouraging experience of the Grandparents Circle,
which incorporates adults from the named Third Age, especially
after retirement.
By
joining is given a medical consultation to take account of
later respiratory disease, muscular, articulatory and arterial
conditions and other limitations which are also taking into
account in coordination with Public Health Specialists and
in particular teachers of the National Institute of Sports
Physical Education and Recreation.
The
frequency of classes oscillate between two and three times
per week and are open mornings most of the meetings. Classes
start from other activities in accordance with the interests
of the majority. They celebrate collective birthdays, trips
to historic sites, visits to book fairs, trade with psychologists
to learn more about the age that the actions involved and
more advantageous or nutritionists who brings healthy eating
habits to the Third Age.
In this endeavor, all wins. The grandfather manages a space
that identifies and defends. The family receives an active
member and owner of his time that instead of limitations places
on his daily life potentials that will accompany him while
he lives.
